How much does AI consulting cost in San Antonio? (2026 prices)

Updated August 28, 2026 · by Edgar D. Reyna, Azuryc · Boerne, Texas

Most AI consulting firms won't put a number on their website, which is exactly why this question is so hard to research. Here are real 2026 numbers for the San Antonio market — including our own published price list, because we think you should be able to see the number before anyone gets you on a call.

The honest version up front: a lot of what gets sold as "AI consulting" is automation and process work that costs a fraction of an AI build — and works better. Get a diagnosis before you buy a treatment.

Azuryc's published prices

We publish our ladder because "the number you approve is the number you pay" only means something if you can see the number first:

What actually drives the price

  1. How many systems have to talk to each other. One tool touching one spreadsheet is cheap. Five systems that were never meant to integrate is where the budget goes.
  2. Data condition. Clean data makes projects cheap. Most projects include paying down someone else's data debt.
  3. Risk level of the decisions involved. Anything touching money, hiring, health, or legal outcomes needs human sign-off gates and audit trails. Worth every dollar, but it's real engineering.
  4. Whether AI is even required. A rules engine or a plain integration is often 20% of the cost and more reliable. A good consultant tells you that; a bad one sells you the model anyway.
